Keys are stored locally in webapp/config.local.json and never leave this machine. Leave a key blank to keep the existing one. With no keys set, the bot runs offline with fixtures + a heuristic scorer.
Upload one or more recordings — select multiple files to add a batch. Transcribed by the active STT provider (Sarvam) with diarization when you Run them. Accepts .wav / .mp3 / .m4a etc. The agent type / disposition below apply to all files in this batch.
Upload a video. The audio track is extracted with ffmpeg and transcribed by Sarvam (diarized). Leading silence is skipped.
Scores the video 1–5 on the production-quality parameters below, plus anything else the AI finds notable. Transcription is handled by the auditor (Whisper), as in the source app.
